Coaching is about change.  It is a relationship based
on trust, safety and confidentiality.  A coach works with a client as a committed partner by listening deeply, providing feedback and asking thought provoking questions to help the client gain clarity and achieve extraordinary results.

Team Coaching   is also about change. It’s about creating an environment in which teams can engage in open conversations to improve their relationships and overall effectiveness.

Training   We work in partnership with organizations to identify and address workplace issues and their underlying causes.   We develop and support training initiatives that sustain organizations in the realization of their goals. Facilitation   We help organizations to find practical solutions to workplace issues.  We work with groups of all sizes; taking a collaborative approach, we ensure that all views are heard and considered.


Christine worked directly with our staff to tailor a workshop that would give our employees easy to apply tools to resolve one on one conflict.
